Although still in vats, our white wine made from a blend of Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc is already breaking new ground. Pradau Blanc has changed its name and joins the family of our " Alice "(rosé and red). The essentials remain the same: terroir, grape varieties, vinification, ageing and, of course, freshness. But for purely technical reasons, we have chosen to leave the Côtes du Rhône Lirac appellation and join the Vin de France appellation. A 2023 vintage that will soon be bottled...
